How to hold audience attention

For those who are familiar with Hugh Macleod who is quite the smart guy and draws comics on the back of biz cards, I recently found Indexed. It’s a similar concept, except it’s graphs and such on index cards. Still hilarious. I came accross a card which had a graph showing how the number of power point slides you have is proportional to your audience’s attention. It’s hilarious, and if nothing else, a good reminder.

How to add graphics to your presentation or blog.

I saw this post over at Creating Passionate Users. The post was great timing for me personally as I’ve been getting 2 presentations ready to go this week and was asking myself a lot of the questions proposed here in terms of figuring out what images I want to use and how I want to compare ideas.
